2 Part Polyurethane Foam

This 2-part, pour-in-place expanding polyurethane foam reaches full expansion in about five minutes (reaction time can be adjusted by mixing more) It can be poured in multiple layers with excellent bonding between layers. The cured foam hardens into shape with minimal shrinkage, is not affected by gas or oil, and resists mold and mildew. Once fully cured, foam can be laminated over with polyester, epoxy, or vinyl ester resins.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mixing Ratio: Parts by weight

A- 52% B- 48%

Weigh parts A and B. Place in separate cups.

Take two parts and combined. Mix A & B together thoroughly at high speed to shear the material together making sure to scape the sides. Pour into cavity you want filled.

Reactivity Data (reaction time can be adjusted)

Cream Time: 40 seconds

Demold Time: 5-10 minutes

Rise Time: 3-5 minutes

Tack Free Time: 4-5 minutes

Free Rise Core Density: 3lb./cu. ft

Suggestions: Replace lids on the original containers, right away. Wear rubber gloves and clothes you don’t care about. Clean up immediately with acetone before the foam hardens on the surfaces. ie: drill bit

Storage: Foam needed to be kept warm. Above 70-75 degrees for maximum growth.
